Preparation Method:
Methyl 2-oxo-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1, the synthesis methods of methylene are mainly as follows:
-Reaction of 2-chloro-4-trifluoromethyl-5-pyrimidinecarboxylic acid methyl ester with hydrazine hydrate to obtain the product.
-React 5-methyl formate with two oxidants (Dess-Martin oxidant and sodium iodate) to obtain Methyl 2-oxo-4-(trifluoromethyl)-1.
